Google duplicate content … EZ Fix

by oakhead112

SEO softwareWe manage over 75 real estate sites and know about duplicate content. Here is my take:

#1.Unless you're a spammer, it's not a big deal. Still you should avoid it if possible

#2. It really only applies to Google.

#3. EVERY agent should have their own personal blog/website & post to it FIRST.

After a week, you can post/publish to other (non-owned) sites. There is no need to change the content because these other sites are not owned by you.

Many Realtors do not fully realize the value of their OWN blog/website.

If done right, you are creating an asset you can sell! Anyone can buy or create a real estate site, but one that has been built-up over the years has top page one rankings for the prime keywords & generates thousands of unique visitors … is a very valuable asset! This is the reason to post & put the time and effort into your main site over all others!
