On my own sites I found that spiders are unable to follow flash linking systems. If all your pages are linked using Flash, DHTML or scripts then the spider won’t follow the links and your pages won’t get indexed. If you’re designing your site this way the least you can do it to include conventional text links to the main pages of your site and ideally to a Site Map that contains text links to every page.
